3) Products, Pricing & Availability

• We sell digital products (e.g., reports, checklists, templates, prompt packs).

• Prices are listed on the site and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

• We currently sell to customers in the United States. If you purchase from outside the U.S., you are responsible for any applicable taxes or regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. For EU buyers, local VAT may apply per applicable rules and may be handled by our payment processor.

4) Ordering & Payment

• Orders are processed via systeme.io (site/funnel/checkout) and Stripe (payments).

• We do not store full card details; Stripe handles secure processing.

• By submitting payment, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your card for the purchase amount and any selected add-ons (order bumps).

5) Delivery of Digital Products

• Delivery is digital.

• After purchase, your download/access link is sent by email to the address you provide at checkout.

6) Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

7) License & Acceptable Use (Digital Content)

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for:

• Your own business use; and

• Sharing with your agency/PPC specialist/friends for collaborative purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the content (in whole or part) to the public or within paid products;

• Claim the content as your own IP;

• Upload content to public repositories or file-sharing platforms;

• Use our materials in ways that violate laws, infringe rights, or mislead consumers.

Multi-account usage: You may use the materials across multiple ad accounts you operate or control.

8) Platform & Third-Party Services

We build and deliver our website, checkout, and certain emails via systeme.io. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may send email via Klaviyo and Google Workspace.

Analytics and advertising may use Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel/Conversions API.

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not liable for outages, delays, or errors caused by third-party platforms. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist you if a platform issue affects your access.

9) Results & Disclaimers

• We provide educational and informational digital tools for optimizing advertising. Results vary based on your market, implementation, budget, competition, and other factors outside our control.

• We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (including directors, officers, employees, and contractors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, or data; or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Website or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the greatest extent permitted.

11) User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact details and for any actions taken under your email/account. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, share restricted links publicly, or engage in activity that could harm the Website or other users.

• Availability: We strive for continuous availability but may have maintenance windows or third-party outages (systeme.io, Stripe, Klaviyo, Google, Meta) outside our control.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution/mediation in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. You consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Consumers in other jurisdictions may have mandatory rights that prevail to the extent required by law.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes will be highlighted where reasonable. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

16) Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and products. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
